What is HR PROGR?

HR PROGR is a content based, user-driven site for HR executives. Stories are submitted and voted on by the community, with popular stories rising to the home page. Users can read, Prog (vote up), Squash (vote down), and comment on stories, as well as submitting their own and sharing stories with friends.

What happens when I submit a story?

When you submit a story, it goes into the recently submitted story tab. From here users will vote it up or down, and if it becomes popular enough, it will rise to the home page.

How does a story become popular?

A story’s popularity comes from a number of factors. The number of Progs versus Squashes is primary, but time is also a factor. A story that is very popular right now may be ranked higher than an older story with a higher number of Progs.

How do I share a story with a friend?

Simply click "Email a friend" under the story description.
