When you choose a monthly subscription, payment for your first month is charged on the first day you are provided access to the site's content.

If you cancel within 30 days, your payment will be refunded in full. If you do not cancel within that initial 30-day period, the day after the period ends your month-to-month subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged the cost of an additional 30 days of access to the site. It will continue to be so charged at the beginning of each subsequent 30-day period, unless you exercise your right to cancel.

We will send notification each month on the day your credit card is charged to the email address you provide us.

Within 30 days of the purchase of your ManageElite subscription, you may cancel for a full refund. And doing so is easy.

You may cancel at any time by calling 800-220-5000, sending an email to customercare@manageelite.com, or choosing the "Account" navigation option in the ManageElite subscription area of the site.

If you cancel at any point after the expiration of the initial 30-day refund period, you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, of amounts already charged to your account.
