I think that the modules are fantastic – they are quick, engaging, and practical enough for managers to benefit from.

The training is a common sense guideline for supervisors. This way they all have the same knowledge and tools to assist them in supervising their employees and building great working relationships.

The presentations are great, but I really loved their willingness to work with me to get the info I needed to run a workshop.

This training program is very well done; good graphics and design. Nice pace. Good control given to user. The speaker is excellent because the tone is conversational. Many online training programs have vocals with flat, monotone speakers which tend to be distracting. This one keeps the viewer's interest.

The speaker was very down-to-earth and didn't seem as if he was speaking at his audience. His manner was very engaging and conversational. For a brief training this is very good because it covers the most important points.
